Bandsintown enables artists to automatically receive fan opt-in contact data (email, phone, and location) in real time. This feature lets you sync new fan signups directly into your CRM platform for immediate use in personalized campaigns and communications.
Fan Contact Sync is available only for approved integrations.
What it does
When a fan signs up for a presale, joins a waitlist, or opts in through any Bandsintown artist tool (Widget, Smart Link, or Signup Form), their contact information is securely sent to the connected partner platform. This ensures fan data is instantly available for follow-up within your CRM.
How to set it up
To enable Fan Contact Sync, go to Settings > General in your Bandsintown for Artists dashboard and scroll down to the Fan Contact Sync section.
Select your platform and follow the setup guide for your integration:
Each artist must complete setup from their own account.
