Overview
Bandsintown for Artists connects with Laylo to help manage and activate your fan data. Use the Bandsintown Widget to publish your tour dates and embed them on your website. When fans RSVP and sign up for Bandsintown Presales, waitlists, & updates, you collect email and SMS opt-ins that automatically sync to Laylo.

How to connect Bandsintown for Artists to Laylo
Go to your Bandsintown for Artists Settings page (make sure you’re logged into the correct artist account).
Click Set Up on the Webhook setting
If prompted, review and approve Bandsintown’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The webhook setup will continue automatically after approval.
Copy the Webhook URL from your Laylo Dashboard (starts with events.laylo.com) and paste it into the Webhook URL field on Bandsintown, then click Create Webhook.
Copy the Secret Key provided by Bandsintown.
Paste the Secret Key into your Laylo Dashboard and click Save.
You’re all set. Every new fan who RSVPs or signs up through your Bandsintown Widget will automatically appear in Laylo in real time. Note that only new signups will sync, but past fan data can be manually imported.
Note: Only new signups will sync, but past fan data can be manually exported from Bandsintown [from the Fan Manager tab → click “Export”] and uploaded into Laylo.

Important: The Webhook can only sync opt-ins collected on your website through the Bandsintown Widget, Smart Link, and Signup Forms. Followers and RSVPs gained on the Bandsintown website and app do not sync to Laylo.
