Fans can choose to share their name, email address, location, and phone number with you through your Widget, Smart Link, or Signup Form.

To enable phone number collection, ensure the Collect Phone Number toggle is switched to the on position within your Bandsintown for Artists dashboard settings. The phone number field will appear after a fan has entered their email address.

PLEASE NOTE: All email addresses and phone numbers are verified through a double opt-in process, requiring fans to confirm a verification code we send to their email or phone number.

PLEASE NOTE: Only the current builds of the Widget, Smart Link, and Signup Form support collecting first-party fan data, such as names, email addresses, and locations.

Older installations of the Widget or Bandsintown plugin for WordPress, Wix or Squarespace allow fans to follow you or RSVP to events but not to share their contact information.
