The code needed to display the Widget can be found in the customization section of the Widget tool page. Once you've customized your widget, click Copy Code and add it to your website.
Installation instructions for platforms and website builders like Wix, Squarespace, Bandzoogle or Wordpress can be found below the preview window of the widget.
If you are having issues with your widget, try using your artist ID instead of your artist name in the code. You can find your unique artist ID in the URL of your Bandsintown page: https://www.bandsintown.com/a/1025408. In this example, you would use "ID_1025408" rather than the artist name "The Head and The Heart."
Be sure to remove any old Bandsintown code or any out-of-date Bandsintown plugins on your site, including in the header tag, which can cause the widget to break.
Special cases:
Tumblr users need to replace the “a class” in the widget code with a “div class”
WordPress.com users need to have a Business Wordpress account for our Wordpress Widget to work, but the widget will work on all sites built with Wordpress.org.
Hostbaby users need to reach out directly to Hostbaby to lift restrictions and allow the widget on their site.
If you are still having trouble, please email your code to artistsupport@bandsintown.com for additional help.
