Logging in to Bandsintown for Artists

Navigate to artists.bandsintown.com to log in.

Existing users:

Click Log In and enter your email address and password or log in with Facebook Connect. You’ll need to log in using whichever method you originally signed up with.*

If you receive an error saying "Bandsintown does not recognize that email address" or "Invalid credentials, please try again or use Facebook Connect," try using the Login with Facebook button.

New users:

Click Get Started and choose to sign up with an email address and password.

After clicking Submit, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation code. Enter the code on the next screen to validate your email address.

Success! You can now log in with that email address and password going forward.

All users:

If you signed up with Facebook, but would prefer to log in using only your email moving forward, you can enable email login for your account and set a password by clicking your name in the top-right corner, choosing My Account, and toggling Login by Email to On.

Two-Factor Authentication
