What’s a YouTube Official Artist Channel (OAC)?
An OAC is not a regular YouTube channel—it’s a verified YouTube channel that brings together your official music, videos, and fan uploads in one place. It also unlocks features like a Music tab and concert listings powered by Bandsintown.
To be eligible, you’ll need:
A YouTube channel you manage
At least one official release on YouTube Music
A label, distributor, or partner connected to YouTube
Not sure if you have one? Check YouTube’s OAC guidelines
Don’t have one yet? Apply for your Official Artist Channel by following YouTube’s instructions and unlock more tools to grow your presence.

Troubleshooting
If your events haven’t appeared after 48 hours, work through the following checks:
Make sure “Sell tickets on YouTube” is enabled in YouTube Studio
Go to YouTube Studio → Concerts tab and confirm the feature is turned on. If it’s off, your events won’t appear on YouTube—and your distribution to other connected partners through Bandsintown may also be affected. Re-enabling it takes seconds, and events typically go live within 24–48 hours.
Confirm your Official Artist Channel is connected correctly
Go to the Integrations page in your Bandsintown for Artists dashboard and verify the correct account is linked for YouTube. Regular YouTube channels won’t work—only Official Artist Channels support concert listings through Bandsintown. See how to find your OAC above.
Make sure you have upcoming events listed
Your YouTube integration is active, but events only appear when at least one upcoming show is added in Bandsintown. Visit the Events page and confirm your dates are saved.
How to disable events on YouTube
To remove your concerts from YouTube, go to YouTube Studio → Concerts tab and turn off the “Sell tickets on YouTube” feature.
