Visit the Fan Manager from the Bandsintown for Artists dashboard and click Import or Export under the Contacts section.

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone's security, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) must be enabled in order to import or export contacts. Learn how to enable 2FA.

PLEASE NOTE: Fan Manager only supports name and email address fields, and any other fields your email list may include will be ignored, along with duplicate contacts. When support is added for additional fields in the future, re-upload your lists to have additional fields included and added to existing contacts. Contacts without valid email addresses will not be imported.
