New artist pages can take up to 24 hours to be reflected across the site, including in search results and integrations such as Widgets and Squarespace, Wix, etc.

Processing time or errors may be improved by using your artist ID instead of your artist name. You can retrieve your artist ID from the link to your artist's Bandsintown page: https://www.bandsintown.com/a/1025408. So instead of using the artist name "The Head and The Heart" in the widget code, use "ID_1025408".
