Visit the My Account section of Bandsintown for Artists, accessible from the dropdown menu underneath your name in the upper right corner.

Toggle the switch for Facebook Permission to the off position, which will revoke the permissions. Once the switch has been turned to the off position, toggle it back to the on position, which will trigger a new permissions request.

Follow the prompts, select all pages you wish to connect, and grant Bandsintown permission to receive your email address, manage these pages, and publish as these pages.

If you are still having any trouble after this, email us at ArtistSupport@bandsintown.com with the email address associated with your personal Facebook account.

The Live Shows tab is a Bandsintown app for Facebook Pages that automatically syncs your published events and displays them on your Facebook Page, allowing viewers of your Facebook page to buy tickets, RSVP to events, and follow you on Bandsintown.

Bandsintown no longer offers the ability to install the Live Shows tab on Facebook Pages, but if you have already installed it on your page, it will continue to sync your published events from your Bandsintown page to your Facebook page.

The tab is accessible from the list of tabs at the top of your page on Facebook for desktop.

If the tabs have been reordered, the Live Shows tab will be accessible from the More dropdown menu.

PLEASE NOTE: Facebook does not allow third-party tabs to be displayed on mobile or as part of its redesigned New Pages Experience.
