Click your name in the upper right corner of the Bandsintown for Venues dashboard and choose My Venues from the drop-down menu.
If the venue name appears in the list, click on it to manage the venue.
If the venue name does not already appear, click Claim Venue in the upper right and find the venue in the list or enter the venue’s Bandsintown URL.
If the venue does not have a page on Bandsintown, follow these steps to create one.
Verify your relationship with the venue by signing into a Facebook or Twitter account associated with the venue. These are the easiest and fastest ways to verify.
If you don’t have access to your venue's social media pages, click Contact Us and include a link to your venue's Facebook page and your company's website showing your name and email address as a manager of the venue. You should receive a response within 48 hours, and until then, you’ll see the venue in your list with the words Pending Verification below.
PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an error message when adding your link, it may be because you didn’t add your email address to your profile. Go back to the My Account page and ensure your email address has been added.
