Event organizers can select a specific on-sale date and time in the event settings while adding a new event. The time zone tickets go on sale will be the same time zone as the venue.

Followers of an event or artist will be notified when tickets for an event go on sale, as long as the organizer has toggled the On-Sale Notification switch to the on position.

Until tickets go on sale, the Set Reminder button will display instead of the ticket link, and fans can opt to be reminded via email and in-app notification when tickets go on sale.

To display a ticket link before the on-sale date, change the ticket type from Tickets to Presale, or remove the on-sale date.

PLEASE NOTE: When the event goes on sale, there may be a 2-4 hour delay before the Set Reminder button is replaced by the Tickets button.
