How to display event lineups
Ensure that Event Lineup Settings are turned on. This will display the lineup of each event on each artist’s Bandsintown artist page.
For event widgets, ensure the option is also turned on in the widget code. Learn more about Event Widgets here.
To add a new event with a lineup, login to Bandsintown for Artists, click on the relevant artist name, and choose Add Event. Type each artist name in the Lineup section and select the correct artist from the dropdown list. Only artists with Bandsintown pages can be included in lineups.
To make changes to the lineup of an event, email email@example.com or ask the event manager to update the event on Bandsintown for Artists.
PLEASE NOTE: Adding an artist to the lineup of an event will not add that event to that artist’s page. Events need to be added to each artist’s page separately in order for them to appear on their pages.
How to add an artist to an event lineup
Multiple artists can be added to the lineup of each event. The event lineup will be displayed publicly if the Event Lineup settings are switched on.
From the Events section of the Bandsintown for Artists dashboard, choose Add Event or edit an existing event.
Type each artist name in the Lineup section and select the correct artist from the dropdown list.
PLEASE NOTE: Only artists with Bandsintown pages can be included in event lineups. Artists without Bandsintown pages can be added to the event description.
PLEASE NOTE: Adding an artist to the event lineup will not add the event to that artist's page. The event needs to be added to each artist's page separately.
