If an event does not have a ticket link then a button with the words "Set Reminder" will display on the event on Bandsintown and on the widget on the artist's website. Users who click this button will be alerted via email and notification when a ticket link is added to this event.

If the event does have a ticket link but the on-sale date is in the future then the Set Reminder button will display until the on-sale date has passed. If you want the ticket link to display before the on-sale date you can change the ticket type from Tickets to Presale and the ticket link will display immediately. You can also remove the on-sale date if you prefer.

Please note: When the On-sale date and time arrives, there may be a 2-4 hour delay before the Set Reminder button is replaced by the Tickets button and link.

For Live Stream events, fans can click the 'Set Reminder' button and they will receive an email with the link 15 minutes before the event. When the event starts, the Set Reminder button turns into a Watch Live button and they can go to the stream link directly.
