After you select the artist's page from our drop-down list, you may need to verify your relation to the artist. You can choose to Verify with Facebook if you are an admin of the artist's Facebook page. If you have access to the artist's Twitter account then you can also verify by clicking Verify with Twitter and logging into the artist's Twitter account. These are the easiest and fastest ways to verify. 

If you do not have access to the artist's Facebook or Twitter accounts you can still apply for verification by clicking Contact us. In the dialogue box please select your relation to the artist, enter your professional email address, the name of your company, and the link to your artist's website or social media page that displays your name and email address and that you manage the artist. Click Submit!

This will send an email to our Support Team who will review the link and determine if you qualify for verification and will be allowed to manage the artist's page on Bandsintown. You should receive an email back about your verification status within 2-3 business days of sending your initial request. You will see your artist on your account with the words "Pending Verification" until your verification has been confirmed.

*Please note: if you receive an error message when adding your link it may be because you did not add your email address to your profile. In this case you just need to go back to the My Account page and add your email address so we can notify you about your verification status.
