You can now change your artist's name directly from your profile settings on Bandsintown. 

Click "edit" next to your current artist name, and type in your desired name. 

Next, hit the "Enter" or "Return" key to validate the desired artist name.

If your desired artist name is taken, you'll receive a message like the one above.

If you think you are the owner of the name you are trying to claim please send us an email at ArtistSupport@bandsintown.com and let us know that you wish to change your artist name. Make sure to give us both your old and new names and the link to your artist's Facebook page. Please note, you do not need to change your name on Facebook, this will only change your artist name on Bandsintown.

If the new name is accepted, click the Save button at the top right!

Please note: Artist profile updates including name changes can take up to 24 hour to fully process.
