Try logging out of Bandsintown if you are logged in, clearing your cache and cookies, turning off any adblockers, and making sure you are using the most updated browser. If you are still having trouble with this please make sure your artist's Facebook page is using the Standard template. You can see what template you are using by clicking the page Settings button in the top right and then clicking Edit Page on the sidebar. Then below Templates click Edit and scroll to Standard (it may be at the bottom) and click View Details to change your template to Standard. You can also follow the instructions here.
 After this, you should be able to import your artist in Bandsintown. After you import your artist for the first time you may need to logout and log back in to Bandsintown but it should work after that. If you are still having trouble it may help to refresh your Facebook permissions by following the steps here.
