1. Login to Bandsintown and click on your artist. 

  2. Click Add Event on the homepage or the Events tab to add a new event or edit an existing event.

  3. Select Festival Event at the top of the event form

4. Type in the festival name and select the festival from the list. If your festival is not on the list click the Add Your Festival button and submit your request to our team. We should get back to you within 48 hours, thanks for your patience.

5. When selecting a Festival that's already in our system, the venue name, date, and event name will auto-populate, but you can make adjustments to them if you'd like.

6. You can also use a Date Range or Single Date and time if you know what date you will be performing.

7. Fill in the rest of the information and click Save!

Please note: If you select a date range, the date range will display on the Bandsintown website only. At this time, the Bandsintown widget and Smart Link will only display the first date of the date range.
