Ensuring Your Events Are Distributed to All Platforms

Learn how to review flagged events and enable them for full distribution.

Events imported from unaffiliated ticketing partners are automatically published to:

  • Your Bandsintown artist page

  • Your Widget, Smart Link, and API

  • Major platforms like Spotify, Apple/Shazam, and Google

However, due to stricter requirements from our distribution partners, these events may not appear everywhere unless reviewed and saved by the artist.

This helps ensure event accuracy and maintains quality across the platforms fans rely on most.

What to look for

In your Events dashboard, you’ll see a small flag icon next to any event that requires your attention, with this message: “Review and approve this imported event to enable full distribution.”

How to resolve it

  1. Click on the flagged event

  2. Review the details

  3. Click “Save”

Note: No changes are needed unless something looks incorrect—just saving confirms your review.

What happens next

Once saved, your event will be queued for full distribution. Updates typically appear within 24–48 hours across all supported platforms.
