The Featured Video is a dynamic tool designed to captivate fans by spotlighting key visual content, such as a tour trailer, music video, or any promotional video. It appears prominently on your Bandsintown artist profile and event pages, enhancing fan engagement and delivering an immersive experience.
Featured Videos are displayed on your artist profile directly below your event listings. They also appear on your event pages, beneath the event details and ticketing options.
How to upload a video
Log in to your Bandsintown for Artists account and navigate to your profile. Click “Add a featured video” button beneath your profile photo.
Choose the video you’d like to add from your files.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently support MP4 video files.To ensure optimal performance, we recommend keeping video file sizes under 30 MB.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to start the upload. The process typically takes only a few seconds, depending on the file size. Within a few minutes, your video will be live on your artist profile and event pages.
PLEASE NOTE: This feature does not currently support linking to YouTube videos. Instead, share YouTube content using the Posts feature. Posts that include a YouTube link will automatically embed a player, enabling fans to watch directly from the post.
